Jess has over five years' experience as a medical receptionist and joined our team in late 2023. She enjoys all aspects of general practice, particularly getting to know our regular patients and building positive relationships. 

With her warm and friendly manner, Jess consistently offers support wherever it is needed and helps create a welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
